AMD AM2 Athlon 64 5000+ availability

Any idea when these are going to be released? Quite fancy one but it seems they are forever to be on pre-order.

Also, when are AM3 cpu`s due out, i believe these will fit into the AM2 socket so no major upgrade is required.

Cheers, what about the am2 5000+? Its been on pre order for a couple of months now, any idea when amd are actuallly going to release it.
