Cancelled Order ?

Hi had trouble with the website and a runtime error after i tried to change delivery address and an item from normal to today only and called to cancel this order as it had gone through.

Have been told it's cancelled but still looks live on my account page. Was hoping for a cancelation email. Can someone confirm that its been cancelled as I dont want the good twice.
