Delayed order due to Passport/ID?

Hi, I made an order on Monday, and yesterday I got an email saying I needed to scan my passport or driving liscense and fax/email it.

My estimated dispatch was the 22nd, for delivery today, that date was handy because it's the only day off I have until next Wednesday, so this causes me a problem.

Is it possible to collect my order instead, and what would I need to bring if that's possible, I really need my computer today, and there's noone in to receive the goods for the next week, so that causes me a problem.

Yes this should be possible, if you contact CS they can then change the order from a delivery to a Q-Collect order.

In regards to the ID request, this is still valid and is also 1 of the requirements of Q-Collect, and the following rules will apply ;

Please bring the credit card used to pay for the transaction.

Please bring a current form of ID which states your name and cardholder address.

Orders will only be released to the authorised cardholder and a signature will be required.
