I didnt read your post correctly and was unaware this wasnt an order placed with Scan?, therefore I cannot help

I understand this is still an issue with City Link, however you need to resolve this issue with the Retailer you used.

Deliveries from Scan are secure and City Link only have authorisation to deliver to the delivery address on your invoice for these very reasons.

    Regards

Wow, this thread has really escalated Seems everyone is venting their anger about citylink.

Just to note, my order from scan was delivered today. I still don't know wth yesterdays attempted delivery was.

Problem seemed to have sort itself out. Thanks ChrisP for the initial response.

well city-link have been to my place 3 times before, on the forth with the bits i had ordered from scan (all despatched on time and paid extra for sat delivery) they claimed on the tracker that the driver couldn't deliver it, even though i stayed in most of the day waiting (only found out an hour after the depot had closed).

to say i was p*%^ed off was a bit of an understatment, when i rang them on the monday the lady looked at the log and asked if my estate was new as the driver claimed he couldn't find it or the road (bit odd as it's been there 30 odd years)
, but low and behold after a bit of a whinge the stuff was there by 9.30am the same day as if i hadn't paid the sat premium delivery charge.
