New order - want to you credit from RMA

I've RMA'd a motherboard this week and got a 'credit applied' email yesterday.

I wanted to use this against an order but got the run-around on the phone (wait in the queue for sales - told it's not them even though it's a new sale! - wait in the queue for refunds, wait, wait, wait and eventually hang up).

Can someone please pass this onto the right dept, I'd like to use the refund from RMA 143954 against my order from today ending 639 (and refund the money from that purchase to my card).

Unfortunately a credit cannot be applied against a new order, a refund can be made back onto your card for the RMA and then a new order as a seperate transaction.

Chris, the way I read the RMA was that it was a credit on my account. If it's just being refunded that's fine - I didn't see the point in you having credit for me and then paying you 'new' money.

It just less confusing with accounts to do a refund rather than have a credit on an account, it can get a bit messy.
