    Cheque Refund

    I'm just wandering if any of the Scan guys can help me out.

    I took out finance on a scan order towards the beginning of last month. I made changes to this order; changing the graphics card for a cheaper one and eventually cancelling the order for the case.

    I phoned up on the 18th of September and was told that I would receive a cheque refund within 7-10 days.

    Today is the 11th working day and I have not yet received anything.

    I would just like to know what the situation is
