Returning an item months later?

I bought a Sharkoon majestic 5.1 headset from you a few weeks ago. Recently iv noticed cracks forming around the screws on the USb control box. I called up and explained the situation and got a RMA number sorted.

My problem is iv just started at uni, and its a hassle i dont need at the moment. Is there any chance of me postponing the return & replacement of the headset control box until christmas(dec. 15th) when i get home? Ill have more free time and getting it delivered/picked up wont be a problem them.

Thanks David, just a reminder to say im still hoping to return this product in december. i havnt used it since the cracks appeared(havnt needed to use it at uni) yet id still like a definitive answer asap.

Provided the headset is still under 12 months old when you want to send back, its not a problem

When ur ready, drop us a line and we will arrange another RMA number for you to return the headset
