I bought a Sharkoon majestic 5.1 headset from you a few weeks ago. Recently iv noticed cracks forming around the screws on the USb control box. I called up and explained the situation and got a RMA number sorted.
My problem is iv just started at uni, and its a hassle i dont need at the moment. Is there any chance of me postponing the return & replacement of the headset control box until christmas(dec. 15th) when i get home? Ill have more free time and getting it delivered/picked up wont be a problem them.
