Samsung 250gb HD

bought one of these off u a few months back at most. using the login name merlin4458 or ball.john@gmail.com

Since ive had i randomly got times where i got nothing but disk boot error and rebooting itself after the windows loading bar. Its done it again randomly after about 4 weeks of normality. To check it was the hd i put in my old one and its worked fine first time. When i tried to do a repair it also said no hd found...

So im guessing this neads RMA'ing.
How do i go about this

Ok, as i said above, i plugged in my old hd and that worked, so i thought id try them both at same time and i can get into windows and i can access both hd's now so it cant be faulty right?. Question:

>How do i know which windows im on, my old hd or my samsung? I can access both drives from my computer, my old hd is plugged into sata 4 and new one in sata 3. It seems as though its my old hd running windows
