any of the more powerful (600W+) Tagan, Seasonic units are the best.
but you will pay for them though - never forget, without a good clean power supply you could reduce the likelihoods of good OCs and can also affect stability, its the most important part of any computer.
I have a 600W silverstone which serves me well with that set up.
you wont even need anything more than a 480W to power both of them, the 7950GX2 and 6600 is fairly energy efficient..
So any decent branded 480W like Tagan, Seasonic and such would have suffice..
It also depends on how many hard drives etc. you are running as well. There's a great PSU power calculator, I can't remember the site but if you look at www.silentpcreview.com they have reviews of efficient power supplies (so if you're not interested in whether it's quiet, you can still find reviews of efficient ones which are therefore cheaper to run).
I've got a Seasonic S12-600. I think I'm happy with it. Slightly louder/buzzier than I expected. Not sure it's actually the right model I ordered.

480W Tagan TG480-U01 Quiet ATX2.0 SLi 12v EPS/SATA/XEON 3 Years Warranty ATX/BTX
Will that do?
If you technically only need to run a simple, 2 HDD and 2 optical drive system.. + the usual bits and the e6600 and 7950GX2.. then yes.. 480W Tagan will do fine..
But like dancingmatt says, if you have like loads of HDD.. then perhaps something with a little more grunt.. But i'll be suprised if you ever need 700W unless you run a server class storage system..
This is a good starting point when working out your power requirements:

I have gone for a 530w Tagan Easycon, its a really nice power supply. Stable and VERY quiet. It runs everything I have in my system.
Dont use the Tagans. They are notorious for undervolt on the 12V line.
get yourself the Corsair/Enermax Liberty or the GXS OCZ
was about to ask about how much power I need but used the link to extreme outerversion..so thanks! But just wondering its really reliable? Im getting E6600 with Nvidia 7900GTO + 7 hdd. It only quote me 447w??
and mine....
My test PSU's are tagans :p
