Stock Level Confusion?!?! 915730

I ordered the PSU and some cleaning wipes on the 10th of november. after checking the website both items showed in stock. i recieved an email later that evening informing me my order is delayed as you have no stock of the PSU, and given a lead time of the 17th of november.

Upon checking the website today the PSU is still in stock but my order as not been progressed.

please could you inform me in the PSU is in stock? or is you website not linked to your warehouse and its only rought guess if its in stock or not.

Unfortunately this product is out of stock. I would suggest LN7636 as an alternative, which is only a fraction more in cost.

Will the hiper be instock as suggested on the email??

also could you answer why you website says its in stock, just wondering if i should call and check stock before every order in future if your website does not give an accurate stock level?

There is a slight discrepancy with that product, simply due to them being allocated for a return.

The product I suggested above will be fine.
