    RMA packaging question.

This is the first time I have had to RMA a item to scan. In the emai it says

YOUR RMA WILL BE REJECTED IF YOU DO NOT ENSURE IT IS VERY CAREFULLY AND ADEQUATELY PACKAGED, USING SIMILAR METHODS TO THE ONES WE USED ORIGINALLY ie. Use plenty of bubble wrap and external boxes to protect the product(s) from being damaged on the return courier journey.
The item I am returning never came wrapped in bubble wrap, neither did the X1950 I bought last month, both were just in the citylink bag in their own boxes. Is it ok to return the MB just in it's own box wrapped up ofc so no lables or sticky tape will be touching it?

    Cheers.

I don't see why not, but why don't you get hold of some bubble wrap and wrap it in that, just in case?

Well, I don't have any bubble wrap and I don't really want to have to buy some just to send off some hardware that is already faulty.
