Cancellation of order

Hi guys,

I put an order in early this afternoon but used the wrong payment details :rolleyes:. I phoned up and asked to cancel and this was confirmed over the phone and I was told to re-order the items again (which I did).

In my account, however, the previous order still exists and is not showing as cancelled nor have i received any emails confirming the cancellation. Is there anyway you could confirm the cancellation?

I know I'm probably just panicking but I wanted to be sure that the order was definitely cancelled before I end up with two of everything!

Nevermind, just got an email confirming the cancellation.

I'm still used to the Ebuyer level of service where cancellations take months to confirm! ;)

The order ending 808 has been cancelled, however payment was authorised. This has already been assigned to payment for a full refund to be processed for you.

This should be completed in the next 3-4 workings days
