    RMA Question

Got an email today following an RMA, saying

Current status of your RMA: Completed

Depending on your original request, replacement goods or a refund will be issued shortly.

I did not know that I could get a refund. Would it be possible to change my option to a refund, or make up the money towards another board? Rather then a replacement.

    Cheers

hehe you guys are to fast I have already recieved the replacement board.

Post my duff board Thursday around 4pm, you guys checked it Friday and I had the new one Monday morning

Was no biggie, I was just going to update it to the model above what I have as it has no chipset fan.

    Thanks for the great service

You may not have been able to get a refund, it depends on what was agreed when your RMA was issued, on a general note anything over 28 days from purchase will be replaced.
