    Cancelling my order..

Ok, this is abit silly to start 2 threads in one day..

My payment has been declined for some reason although I have more than enough money in my card to pay for it..

Perhaps its just a glitch, or just that I mistyped my card number.

I cant make ammendments over the phone today as I'm stuck in office. My office phone is well.. lets just say the department that pays me do not like their phone getting used for personal stuff.

If you guys could help me with this (check the reason for this declined transaction), or just plain cancel it. I will make another order out today if the first one is being cancelled.

From speaking to Lee I understand you wish to PM your card details through as your payment was declined.

As Lee has suggested correctly CC details cannot be accepted over PM / E-mail for various security related reasons and our Payment dept would have to be contacted to re-check CC details.

From looking at the transaction, in this case you have entered a SOLO card number but selected a Switch card as the payment type, which is the likely reason why the payment was declined.

If you wish I can correct this for you and assuming the actual card number is correct payment will then be authorised

Please confirm if you would like me to try this for you.

    Regards
