I'd edit out the first few digits of your order number.

What's your chosen delivery date? As per scan conditions, they will only pick the order on the day of dispatch, which is usually the evening before your delivery date. So say you'd ordered and the calander showed delivery as being tuesday the 17th, the order would stay at that stage until the evening of the 16th when picked and dispatch would occur more or less at the same time.

If your order can't be found, they'll text/email you with why it's not been dispatched the evening before it was due to be delivered.

The OLQ that was raised for this has now been answered accordingly. Basically it looks like the S478 motherboard is no longer in stock I'm afraid and this is holding the whole order back.

Please can you let us know what you want us to do so we can action your request as quick as possible and get this picked ASAP.
