    Creative 5.1 Speakers faulty??

    Hi guys,

I bought the below speakers earlier this week, but have only just opened them to use.
    http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/Produ...oductID=138858

The problem is that when it is turned on, the sub and all the speakers have a low tone buzz to it. This is the case regardless of it being connected to the pc or not.
Further more, when you switch it off, there seems to be some sort of discharge sound being made. There is a high pitch screech, a slight boom and switches off.

I've checked all the connections loads of times. I've never had any probs with Creative products before, so am a tad bit confused.

    Any advise??

    Thanks all.
