With regards to my Query - 0430528.

Is it possible to arrange this to be a swap out? Or is it allready, I have asked seveal times in e-mails and the RMA has been prosessed without giving me an answer? If its not, i will have to pay for the train to go home for the weekend, which will be a great expence for me.
