How long to respond to RMA request?

I raised an RMA request over a week ago, and have received no response at all. What's going on? How long does this normally take?

Sorry to sound dumb, but what's an OLQ reference!? I have received no response at all since submitting the request.

The OLQ reference is the Online Query Reference number given at the end when the message has been sent
