    Delivery- non recorded?

    Hi,
am wanting to place an order for a digital camera that I need by Thursday (Christmas party) but no one's going to be in the house during the week so I was wondering if it's possible to place instructions to city link to just drop off the parcel in the letterbox?

Like using your service, and you will be the store I'll be using when I buy my Core 2 Duo comp in January

    Cheers,

i think its city link's policy that the item has to be signed for

do you live near the depot at all, you could always instruct city link NOT to deliver the item and just hold it there for you

there normally quite good mate, the one in cardiff is 8pm

i guess its easier if you live/work near the depot, i work 2 mins away from ours so its quicker to nip there and save the hassle of being carded

you could ask them to deliver it to your neighbour perhaps if you know them well enough/trust them and they are going to be home...

I'm not sure about policy, but nothing from scan is going to fit in your letter box.

    Well packaged is an understatement.

If you go to www.city-link.co.uk - you should be able to search for your local depot by the postcode...
