Order amendment - surely an overcharge?

Just amended my order ending 523 because the RAM you said should be in isn't. Thought I'd get charged an extra £8.84 since the replacement is on Today only but got charged £19.60.

I appreciate the rule around only 1 days today only item per order but I thought that since I could legitimately remove the missing item from the order and then get free postage (value is over £100) on the today only item that you might charge the lower amount! This current route certainly makes you more money - maybe I should cancel the whole order and start again?
