Our supplier cannot confirm an ETA at the moment due to a stock shortage as soon as stock is available in distribution we can then provide an ETA for you and the web site will be updated

Chris, thanks. My delayed email (yesterday) said ETA was 30/11/06, I don't know if that's accurate or just a system generated date.

You've now gone crazy! My original order with PureVideo CD's on which I cancelled online on 20th Nov has shipped along with my new order with the CD's on also! You're sending me too many CD's and some other bits I cancelled on my order ending 787.
Help!
Given the lack or response I'll refuse to accept the order ending 687 when City Link deliver today and accept the correct order ending 416.
I assume I'll be getting a prompt refund since I cancelled the order last Monday or Tuesday.

Apologies for any inconvenience, it seems CS did not pick up on the E-mail you sent saying you would re-order when the parts appear in stock. Maybe they though you were referring to the OOS item, which was removed from the order and the E-mail did not explain you wished to cancel the order whole order.
Please reject the delivery and once this arrives back @ scan we can process a full refund for you.

Chris, thanks. The removal of one item and the cancellation email were some time apart (weeks?), it seems pretty clear to me the cancellation was for a complete order (the tick box says to cancel the order, not part cancel).
Anyway I'll reject it when CL arrive.

Neither Parcel is showing that it's out for delivery today although both arrived at the City Link Depot on Saturday. They're not answering their phone either (4.30pm). Is there anything you've done to stop the order or can do to give them a nudge?
