I live in hall and I've been waiting for the package today checking the reception every hour so I am sure it had been open all day. And citylink tracking says they attempted delivery (4pm update, my hall's reception closes at 7pm).
They missed the delivery last time too. Probably won't stop SCAN from using citylink but now i have to wait until monday for my package
