Change of address on free carriage offer

I moved house 5 months ago and haven't placed an order with scan since. The main reason is that we have a serious problem with post and deliveries in the new flat. Essentially if the security gate at the front is locked we get very irregular mail and when it isn't my housemate's bike was stolen. The last courier delivery took 5 attempts before I received my package.

I would like to place some orders with scan soon so I was wondering whether I could have them sent to a local friend's house rather than my billing address? This would be a permanent arrangement until I probably move again in July next year and my friend is happy to oblige.

if you pay via credit card then you can ship to any address - alternatively you can ring scan customer services to place your order and they should allow you to select a delivery address.

im sure one of the scan boys can confirm this

Yes - just set up a delivery point when you place an order (so long as you use the correct sort of card)

If you want to change your address on the login as well what you need to do is login as normal, agree to the terms and conditions and then on the next page you should see the following ;



On the box at the top left - on the cardholders address you'll see a change link which allows you to amend your address details accordingly.

Following on from Lee's post: The change option allows you to set up as many different delivery points as you need, and store them for future orders.

However - please remember to set it when you chose it, otherwise it will go to the default card holders address.
