    RMA question

Having a bit of trouble with my new build (http://forums.hexus.net/showthread.php?t=93795) and getting conflicting stories as to what the one long two short beep code means on the p5b deluxe - some say RAM, some say GFX. Both were ordered from Scan but in different orders (had to sort out credit card issues) but both less than 28 days ago - should I return the RAM, mobo and GFX card all in one go just to be safe or do you charge (e.g. for delivery) if there is NFF? Also do I RMA the different orders seperately or together (and just use one invoice number on the RMA form)

Also, I see that the RAM (LN14277) in only expected on the 15th of Jan, if this is faulty will I have to wait till then for a replacement? If so I'll probably go for GeIL or something thats verified to work with this mobo

BIOS error codes listed here fella:
    http://www.pchell.com/hardware/beepcodes.shtml

depends on your BIOS manufacturer (hence why peoples opinions conflict) you should be able to return them all together for us to diagnose, though the specifics would be down to returns to answer.

Thanks, yeah I a similar one to that, but also, others with this mobo say it could be a memory problem as well...

With the RMA they are recommending that customers hold onto the goods as otherwise they will sit here in Scan untill the return from christmas (its getting too late to ensure the RMA is processed and replaced in time for christmas). If you register an OLQ with returns making them aware of the issue they can use this as the date of contact and can relate back to it come January.
