Thanks for the prompt response - it seems likely that my gmail spam filter picked it up,only it's not there, and nor is the resent reply.

Have pm'd you another 2 email addresses - can you please send to those for me?

The address on our system is a Hotmail address, please check your junk mail, it will be there. You will need to right click this and select this is not junk and in future all mails will goto your inbox.
