Yeah seems abit spammish with all the "detail" in capitals.

This seems to happen alot on etailer forums tho, here a lot less than others. Its as if people find the forum first and the shop after! Does seem somewhat lazy... ;-)

I am trying to order, how do i get FREE shipping?

I have sorted the free shipping, all thats left is the following, if possible would like to order tonight.

If there is a problem, do you cover ALL shipping costs?
I need the 1gb pen drive URGENTLY has stated above, will my order come quickly, I like free shipping, but dont want 4 day delays because of it.
Is there any discount on these already amazing prices?

ok kewl,, I did put amazing prices! hehehe, worth a try, I generally order £1,000 a month from Microdirect most months, sometimes £200, only a little mroe info needed so that i can go ahead an order, some things do arrive DOA or dont work correclty, so just want to confirm postage back on RMA and replacement postage costs are all covered.

I rely on people ordering off me, I need good service, fast deliverys, good reliable products, and a smile on the couriers face.

not much to ask, really, and the postage thing the only thing stopping me from ordering, soon has i know that base is covered i will be happy.

If not i goto use MD or ebay, MD tho cover all postage.

You seem a bit paranoid about broken stuff, but yeah if you report the fault within 48 hours scan will send a courier to collect and return it and the free shipping is next day before 5pm.

Not paranoid, just understand things dont always work even when brand new, i build pcs for a living, and this part is for me, mem stick for a customer, I accept things have to go back, I just feel its a real injustice to have to pay for this.

I have accounts at VIP and MD, they cover the costs for all RMA items, if Scan do also, they have my custom, its not paranoid, its protecting my pocket.
