tracking a phone order?

the last couple of orders for hardware i've made by telephone as they've been urgent orders, but i can't find a record of them in my user area on the website..

is there anyway of seeing the progress of my last order online?

At the moment telephone orders are handled slightly different as the order is processed manually by one of the sales team.

You can track individual orders if you have the invoice number to hand via the parcel tracking section of the website however these wont show in your account history as you will have a different account for online orders.

just got a mail saying that the motherboard i ordered is discontinued.....

feeling very frustraited right now!

well it looks like i'll need to fork out an extra 60 notes for the support i need - just seeing if it supports core2

it does - ordered - just have to wait until friday now

City Link have just told me that they're classing the Package as Lost/Stolen at this time as the Driver says he didn't have it on the Van when he came to deliver to me!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am not a happy bunny at this time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
