XFX 7900GT - Faulty??

be carefull with RMA, a m8 returned his 7950GT after we confirmed it had a problem with artifacts in both his and my AB9 mobo, but since Scan/XFX didnt test it in an AB9 they simply said no fault found and now he may have to pay a restock fee to get a replacement

I am lucky because its only a restock fee. Mad-Max does not have that luxury due to him having had the card over 30 days. Good luck fella hope it all gets sorted and your gleeming new 8800 gives you lots of pleasure.

Has I was told by the RMA people not to send it in to you until the 2/3 january as you close on friday, but I could send it in tomorrow to be there for wednesday morning, as I am very puzzled by this email
