    Cancelled order

I ordered an RX1000 mouse today morning and everything seem to be going ok(payment authorised, etc) when out of the blue Scan e-mail to say that they are sorry to hear that my order was cancelled!!??????????????????

The slight issue is that I did not cancel it in the first place!!

What is happening here?? This is my first order with Scan too!!

I get this code on my invoice instead of the ordered item:

    Canx-Duplicate/error/general
    NO SERIAL

I suggest you read the rules regarding placing orders with free carriage.

E-mail confirmation was also sent stating why the order has been cancelled

    No problem,

If you would like to re-place the order you can do this online or over the sales line.
