Made an order on Monday the 8 of January of around 260pounds.
I received an email on Wednesday the 10 of Jan that payment was not accepted thus called them up and gave the number again and that time the payment was accepted. Scan also said that all the components should arrive me at Friday the 12th.

But instead of that on Friday received an email stating that one of the components was not in stock. Thus phoned again scan and asked what the delay was for; they replied that one of the component needs around a week to arrive. So i decided to cancel the component and the ordered was successfully processed and should await for delivery by Monday!

My feedback will be given in Monday! want to see if i receive the components first or another technical problem arises again
