    not despatched?

    this is due to be delivered tomorrow (working the rest of the week), but it shows that it hasnt been dispatched? any chance ill still be able to get it tomorrow, 16/1/7?

    order still not dispatched, despite reassurance from your customer support line that it would be delivered. my money was taken quickly enough on friday. whats going on.

    Please be aware that as well as monitoring this forum we have to deal with OLQ's and of course calls coming into the call centre. As such a reply might take upto 2 hours sometimes more depending on workload.

    I have flagged the order as urgent and therefore it should be dispatched today for tomorrows delivery.

    hi, thanks for your replies. i wold be far less aggrieved about the situation had i not phoned yesterday and been reassured that i would indeed receive my order today, despite the online tracking.

    unfortunately, i am not in a position to receive the package at home for the rest of the week, would it be possible to rearrange a delivery to my work address instead? thanks.

    hi, phoned again today to change the delivery address and was once again assured that the card would be shipped today. which it hasnt been. can someone please sort this out?
