    Question Any Chance of an order update?

    Hi There,

    I was informed on the phone today that my order was due to dispatch today for delivery tomorrow (All items in stock at time of placing order). However, having checked the website tonight it appears the order hasn't been picked, let alone dispatched, so I guess I'm not seeing it tomorrow.

    Would a kind hearted Scan employee accept my invoice number by PM and chase up for me?

    A big thanks to ChrisP for his help with this so far. Hopefully this should be with me tomorrow... Very impressed by Scan's customer service so far.

    However, it appears that two items on my order (LN14277 & LN15216, coincidently both Corsair products) have changed to 'out of stock' a day or so after placing my order, (everything in stock when order placed).

    Any ideas if the 'out-of-stock' implies that there's physically no more items sitting at Scan HQ, or is it just that they've all been allocated for orders (hopefully mine included! )

    Any thoughts or experiences welcome,

    Very, very impressed with customer service.
