Delivery times

Hi,
it is nearly time for me to make the jump for a desktop (let's face it laptops just don't cut it for gaming) and I will be making a large order as soon as I get paid for this month (planning on scan finance and paying it all off in march ). Before I request leave for me to wait for my system and assembly it, I would just like to check about delivery dates. I'm aware that some customers have had deliveries late due to weather conditions, but I was wondering whether this problem has been sorted out or not?

Weather conditions yes, but we do have a backlog at the moment - just caused by order volume.

It's close to up-to-date now... but we're allowing a few more days to reduce any inconvenience to customers.

If you contact our sales team however, they'll do their best to get your order out sooner for you then the quoted date.

That's a bit shoddy isn't it, people have to phone up to get their orders on time? I was given a delivery date of tomorrow (26th) for my order placed on the 22nd, which has yet to be picked.
