card or cash?
hey scan, you received my dead gfx card last week, and in the email it suggests that you can have a refund or a replacement, i am getting a replacement, but i never actually requested that, so is there a way i could get a refund?
sorry to sound ignorant i appreciate you are replacing the card and for that i am extremely grateful.
also whats the story behind that, it was £358 when i bought it a while back, so what refund money would be available?

You can only opt for a refund if the item is returned within the original 28 days, otherwise it will be replacement, hence the reason i presume you have not been given an option.

and what about the replacement? can that be refunded or is it non refundable. also i have checked my status and it says completed, but it hasn't been sent yet :(

The replacement has no bearing on this everything runs from your original date of purchase, it does not reset if you have a warranty replacement.
