This Iiyama is the best monitor I've used so far guys

I've had 2 19" Hyundai's from you and they were both exceptional, but when it comes to gaming, speed and sharpness, the is the DADDY

5ms Black to White to Black
2ms grey to grey

Speakers (fine for soft music, online work, comedy video playback, and not bad in Lineage2 either) it comes with only a VGA cable, but looks the danglies on it. Auto adjusts, easy menu's.



That is the best I've had so far, and for £175 it's supreme

One hopes I'm very much the exception, but I've recently had an experience with Iiyama warranty support that is little short of a nightmare. Mine failed last May but they have still not provided a suitable replacement, and for some five months of this time I've been left relying on my "emergency" spare.

The monitors are great, but if you're considering saving up and putting a lot of money into a screen you hope will last you a long time, it might be worth considering the quality of the support as well as the quality of the product itself.

With myself - I had an issue on my own monitor - and they sorted out collection and replacement very quickly (and no - I didn't mention place of work or whatever )

In fairness the last time I used their warranty service (somewhere around 1997), it was quick and efficient, but this recent saga is ridiculous.

A big part of the problem with mine has been them not having a replacement with which to exchange, but when they did eventually get round to swapping, the new unit failed within a fortnight, and I again had to wait because they didn't have any stocks in. I eventually got fed up waiting and they agreed to carry out an RTB repair on the failed unit, which I was told would take a maximum of 14 working days.

When it eventually came back something like six weeks later, one of the problems it had gone to get fixed for was still there, and into the bargain it had obviously been roughly handled in transit and the display itself had become misaligned in the bezel. The next replacement they sent turned out to be the wrong model, the next ran for about a month before expiring, almost literally in a puff of smoke, and the replacement for that turned out to have a visible defect on the display, so I'm awaiting another replacement.

To say I'm not happy is an understatement, and the most worrying aspect is the way the replacement monitors have themselves come back with problems, or failed within a short space of time. I certainly hope it's exceptional, but either way it's a bit carp.

Hmm... maybe you've been unlucky. I had one replaced and it was next day, new screen, drop off the new one collect the dead one.
OK, it did break in the first place, but Perfect RMA service IMO.

(which is 19")...that will work good with a 8800GTS?...has to be under £200 btw ...thanks in advance

Its really nice.
