My RMA got its invoice number for return to me and is all packed up and was said to be shipped out yesterday but that hasn't happend. What's delaying it?

The people on the phone aren't normally as helpful as people here, anyway too late now for it to be delivered before the weekend so I can take my time about finding out whats up.

Your card has been returned to XFX for confirmation of the fault, We should have this confirmed on Tuesday at which point the replacement will be dispatched the same day.

Ok so it is now supposed to be being pretested before it get's sent back, any idea how long that will take?
I can't check my RMA on your website anymore for some reason, I enter in the details and it just says RMA not found.
