    What's the delay?

    My RMA got its invoice number for return to me and is all packed up and was said to be shipped out yesterday but that hasn't happend. What's delaying it?

    If they sent it today it would be at yours for tuesday/wednesday, as they don't send RMA's at the weekend.

    Ok so it is now supposed to be being pretested before it get's sent back, any idea how long that will take?

    I can't check my RMA on your website anymore for some reason, I enter in the details and it just says RMA not found.
