Scan Service
Scan used to be one of the best(if not the best) online support forum but these days it's lost it's edge, I must of posted loads in the last 6 months but only one had a reply from them and that was half arsed, just saying something like:
"Thank you for your request; I will pass it on to be buyers"
then nothing, not even to tell me that they couldn't get the product and even simple requests about products never get replies, I could say more but I won't I’ll let you lot say a little.
Please anyone else thinks this or is it my bad luck again?

I am unsure how you can come to the conclusion " Scan Servces sucks now ".
I have checked through your posts and out of 21/22 posts, actually only 1 recent post has not been replied to, which I have now updated.

Hmmmm not sure what your talking about. I've never had a problem with them, always delivered on time or before. And it does look like you get replyed to :S

Never had a single problem myself. RMA'd my keyboard last week, only took a few days(4 from my first post in the forum I think). ChrisP actually went out of his way to contact Logitech for me after I got the run-around. Great service in my book.

The only problem I've ever had is the guys in the little tech support room at the back never believe me when I say something is broken :p . They always spend about 15mins looking at whatever I've brought in wondering if they've connected it wrong.
Then they give me a new one, and all is well :) .

i'm sorry then i must be misstaken but i do have over usernames one for home and one for work and one for my own business, and this one my personal one
i'm not saying i don't like scan i think there great i've use scan (and them only for the past 5 to 7 years) i was just getting fed up with no relpy on many a time on all usernames.
