    Update:

    Received a couple of emails from Thecus, and sent my config file, but haven't heard anything in a while. My status is still "Open" and my priority is "Medium." I'm a little worried......

    I had the same problem with a N5200. I emailed the conf.bin file to Thecus support this morning. Do you think it is possible to help me too? Thanks!
