    Ebuyer/Techfever/Kustompcs/Aria

Ebuyer have not failed me to this day, i have even returned and had a refund for a discontinued motherboard that was bought over 15 months prior to me breaking it on an unsuccesful bios flash (voiding the warranty) and overclocking the hell outta the board (also voiding the warranty).

There's enough info here for people to make their own minds up.

If you want a poll or anything, take a look at .trust, which will give you a far broader picture.

I've had 2 very happy experiences with ebuyer returns - the most recent one they sent a courier to collect the parcel and had re-shipped within 3 days - which to my mind is excellent.

I've bought a lot of stuff through ebuyer and others - but it's the whole RMA process that gives a clear indication of where a company is at!
