anyone ever used Specialtech ?

Just gonna add to the good experiences, bought some watercooling kit off of them a few days back and their service was excellent. If you have any problems they have Specialtech Care at forum.***********.net

Yeah I was suprised at the delivery time, I get free delivery from them and it arrived in two days, much faster than the free delivery you get here with scan (no offence guys )

frankly never heard of them before but link from a reputable manufacturer, decided the stuff i wanted was slightly cheaper there and in stock so order on CC, if ever in doubt order on credit card, you have way more cover for dodgey orders and getting money back on credit cards. anyway, ordered quite late(4pm ish) on thursday, they sent friday and got here sat morning so i'm happy.

I bought from them the other week. They did send me something different from one of the things I'd ordered but they sent me right one out no problem and told me to just ebay or whatever with the wrong item. Very pleased overall.

Looks like scan does actually have competition, lol... I'll give them a go sometime. Note if you follow daniel.phillips instructions, you might find free delivery too

1 quick Q, do they keep you updated via email like scan I.E payment taken order despatched etc

Yeah but not quite as in depth as scan. Iirc they tell you payment has been taken and then that it's been despatched.
