Has anyone else noticed the Dell advert prices are broken?

Okay, above this post there are some Dell adverts that say 'Desktops, Notebooks, Printers...' etc, yes?
If you hover the mouse over them they come up with systems and prices that say things like 'Dimension C521 - Now £129 including VAT and Delivery'.

But when I click on the advert, it takes me to a Dell page that shows the real price is £129 *PLUS* VAT and delivery - so almost twice as much overall.

Does that seem dodgy to anyone else? Okay so its probably an honest mistake, but a couple of times now I've thought 'Wow! Bargain!' and clicked, only to see a different price when I follow the link.

Complain to the ASA, they are remarkably good at following these things up. We got Dabs a slap on the wrist for advertising the new 8800 series cards from only ~£129, because when you clicked on the link you could get a 7600gt or something for that price, and all the 8800s were over 200..

I had an email from them a couple of hours ago for a discount code(10%) valid till 10/06/07 and it does not work with any system.

This seems to be a big problem nowadays. Companies seem to misrepresent quite a lot of items. Dell isn't the only one.

Not including VAT is, to me, ludicrous. I'm no expert, but businesses buy the prices including VAT then claim VAT back at the end of the tax year. The sooner there made to stop this 'Too good to be true advertising' the better.
