xtsit.com- worst PC parts company ever.

I ordered a Leadtek 7950gt 512Mb graphics card from this company in sept. 07. They took my money pretty fast, but then took about 10 days to actually deliver it. When it finally arrived, I was shocked and angry. The card they sent was the inferior 256Mb card, not in the retail box with the manual and Sli adaptor, but the OEM box just with the disc! This is clearly an attempt to defraud me, as they did not ask me if I wanted the inferior cheaper card at a lower price, they just sent it hoping I wouldn't notice. When I started trying to contact them, the order details created at the time of the order had been erased, so I couldn't use the order numbers to request a refund or arrange for them to pick up the card . Eventually, after six emails to their customer support address the last of which threatened postings on consumer websites, they agreed to pick up the card and give me a refund. They sent me an email informing me that the money had been refunded to my card, but one month later I'm still waiting for my refund!!!

Obviously you're extremely unhappy with this company, and I can understand why. Can I suggest that you use Hexus trust to record your aggravation? It's also a good resource for checking whether a company's OK to deal with before you part with your hard-earned .
