Quidco

Basically I have ordered a new computer case via quidco from Aria and am wondering how to go about claiming my cashback? There is nothing under the tickets/earnings tab and is the first order I have placed through quidco. It has now been a week but nothing. Will it take longer?

Did you use the link from Quidco and make sure you were logged in at the time. Which company was it? Sometimes it can take a while but if the retailer stats show its a pretty quick tracker then something looks amiss. :(

what i did was i logged into quidco, searched for Aria tech, clicked the link that they had given me and bought the goods. By the way my cookies have not been cleared since.

just wanted to know how long it takes for quidco to track and pay cashback. then i realised next to the retailer info there is a timebar kind of thing giving me info on how long it takes to track etc. The only thing was that quidco said that it was tracked instantly when i bought from aria, having now received the goods i put an enquiry in.

Also i've just bought something from play.com and it has already been tracked. This is now the 2nd time im using quidco.

I just started using quidco, and it can take a day or two for some things to track, others are near enough instant. You can open a support ticket with quidco if you think it's taken an unreasonably long amount of time.

Yeh, its usually pretty reliable. I have had only a few things very rarely track.

Quidco is awesome. Some merchants can take a few months to cough up (HMV for example) but as I'm buying the stuff at a good price anyway, the cashback is just a bonus.

I've only ever had one instance where I've had to raise a ticket; £90 cashback for my home contents insurance wasn't tracked but they managed to sort it without any fuss and I got the money in the end.

After totting up over £250 cashback since joining last April I really can't complain. Heck, they've recently settled all outstanding tickets for 2005 using funds from the £5/year admin fee - it shows how committed they are. I only wish I'd heard of them before; should be a sticky somewhere :)

I signed up to quidco a long time ago and completely forget to use it!

I bought two CD's of HMV last week and could have gotten 9% back.
