I bought a quite expensive item from a seller on ebay and haven't heard a word from him for 5 weeks now. He had 4 of them for sale and i can see who else bought them too.
I couldn't see anything on ebay regarding this but is it okay to contact these members to see if they have either heard from the seller..or actually they have got their item okay?

I'm about to start up a dispute but thought i would ask before i do.
i would ask them, if you all find out you have been ripped off you can call the police in as well.

Contact your bank/credit card company too
Contact the other sellers now.
Also open a dispute anyway as you can always cancel it.
You should hear seomthing from them within the first week.
Look at hi/her feedback and see if anyone has started to downgrade them already.
Contact paypalas well.
