    Avoid coolestpc.co.uk at all costs.

This has got to be the worst seller I have come across on the internet. It is partially my fault for not researching the seller before buying.

I placed an order about 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't been dispatched. I sent many e-mails asking where my order is and heard nothing for 2 weeks. I then got an e-mail back saying "they are busy" and "have been away training" for a week. Great! This was over week ago. He then said he would send the order out with an "upgraded delivery". A week later and still nothing. No reply from him.

This company is a complete farce and avoid at all costs.

Credit Card. The only reason I haven't reversed the transaction is because coolestpc is the only retailer I can find which stocks the part I want. I will give them until 30 days then I will contact trading standards and my credit card company.

I just wanted to warn the good folks of Hexus about the appalling service.

Re: Avoid coolestpc.co.uk at all costs.

    hi people,

well i got an email from someone at coolestpc.co.uk saying that with the shop being closed over the christmas period there was a delay and in the same breath said that they were out of stock now. so that means from me placing my order for a media lab vfd on the 20th december to the day they "reopened" which was the 6th jan they had sold out (they had them in stock when i ordered) so i think santa must of been there stocking up oe they were lieing.
the email said i would be issued with a refund the day they opened.

ive been in touch with the bank and they are going to pass it on to the fraudulent transaction department.
