advice on mobo rma for scan.

Hey Guys

I was wondering if anyone could offer me some advice on this issue. My mobo gave up on my about 20th of December, so i booked it in for rma and then sent it off on the 29th of December. They received it about on the 4th of January or so and now i am still waiting for the mobo to be either replaced or fixed. I have tried emailing them several times all they keep saying is it can take from 3-6 weeks. Initially they said that it would only take 28 days. Is there anything i can do get my mobo back asap??
