being a bit slow, may be me with strange lloyds card verification or something but order stuck at processing since Tuesday. no money taken yet so it all just seems odd

if someone with ninja skills wants to come in and tell me i can tell my bank to cancel it that would be nice. in a situation where buying this from a shop at 10-20 quid extra is fine, better than it taking another week tbh.. if it was for me i would be more leniant but i need this in my hands yesterday basically

I always end up paying more and getting goods sooner or with better CS, its just not worth chancing it these days.

i've got a similar problem too..although i only ordered my gear on weds (22nd) its stuck on processing aswell.

i emailed yesterday and the phone just rings for me aswell, i just tried now (around 11am saturday morning) twice and no answer..i'm getting an increasingly dodgy feeling about this place. i want to cancel my order and payment, but i paid through paypal so not sure if i'm going to have to go through the resolution centre..

anyone else got any info?

bumpity bump, well no response from them and as far as i know no money taken... if i break the card into tiny pieces now (presuming no money actually has gone) i presume when they try to take it if they ever do it will fail and no goods will be shipped? *invokes saracen*

I tried to get a lens from them, and failed. They were advertising stock they didn't have, didn't get any kind of out of stock info until I contacted googlecheckout to chase the order.

hey..

i didnt hear anything until this morning when my order status was moved from "paypal processing" to "processing". i'd had enough anyway, i gave one last try on the phone and got no answer so i opened a dispute with paypal to get a refund because there was no way i could get hold of red onions to cancel the order. low and behold i got a refund near enough immediately so that must have finally got their attention.

anyway i hope you get what you ordered from them, you've certainly waited long enough for it.
