i looked , but i dont like Acer and thats all you have in that price bracket
Hmmm, are you in need of mobile broadband as well? If so one of the 'free' laptop deals could be an option, think they're 2 years and fairly pricey though which is pretty harsh.
You could always just talk to the bank about a personal loan and do it that way. Lots of the online shops (Scan, Dabs, others I haven't found) do finance, but read the T&Cs carefully to make sure what you're paying.
Alternatively if you have a credit card they might do you a special deal on purchases for a few months if you've been a good customer (give them a ring) or you could try a new credit card with a 0% purchase period.
Personally I'd either go with a bank loan or just save and do without, I don't like debt I can avoid and I like it to be the most transparent debt (a simple loan) if it must. Keep an eye on the classifieds, you might pic up a good deal on a second hand laptop and save yourself the trouble. Whatever you do I'm no financial advisor so make sure you can keep up the payments.
I agree with what the previous poster said TBH.
In your price bracket this notebook seems to have fairly well balanced specification:
