I posted this in the shopping forum since its a computer shop, Ive got an interview with them tomorrow for a IT account manager, does anyone have any experience of what they are like?

I bought a second user Dell package from them in '02, seemed OK....Call Centre sale, very polite and knowledgable sales woman.
The kit was well presented and been throughly checked and documented..
If that's any help..

I noticed that they've charged my credit card today, but I've still not had a confirmation email..

I hope if you get the job their payroll dept is a damned sight quicker than product dispatch..

Didnt hear from them yet, was supposed to find out yesterday but they havent let me know. Ill let you all know when i hear though

I have had dealings with them before
Bought a lcd tv from them it turned up not working mailed them they did not want anything to do with it said i had to phone up the warranty company
Which was out of order seeing as i phoned the day the tv turned up
Well after talking to a friend in trading standards i sent them a lets call it straight to the point email they then came and collected the tv and i got a refund

I WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH THEM EVER AGAIN
