distance selling act advice?

I was just wondering how the if at all the distance selling act applies to contracts for services? After sending in my letter of termination to vodaphone, i yesterday received a call from a sales guy trying to get me to stay on the network, this was at a substantially reduced tariff compared to my old one and a free phone.

However i now have second thoughts, not about the contract terms conditions and warenties, but about the phone they will be sending out.

Am i able to send this phone back under the distance selling act?
